Pricing and PaymentPSN offers a range of services for hospitals and agencies participating on the platform. Fundraising fees apply to both donation-based and investment-based fundraisers to support our promotion and visibility services. For investment-related fundraisers, PSN facilitates traffic and visibility but does not participate in the financial or regulatory aspects of investments. PSN does not guarantee investment outcomes or returns. Below is an outline of pricing structures, including details on mandatory fees and optional services available to ensure high standards of quality and trustworthiness. 1. Fundraising Fees Free Tier Hospitals: Fundraisers submitted to PSN are subject to a base fundraising fee of 20%. This fee supports PSN’s platform maintenance, security, and administrative costs, allowing us to ensure a high level of transparency and operational quality for all users. Premium Hospitals: Premium hospitals receive a 25% discount on fundraising fees, paying 15% instead. Premium subscriptions provide hospitals with enhanced features and resources, along with a reduced fundraising fee to support ongoing fundraising efforts at a lower cost. 2. Mandatory Monitoring Fee for GoFundMe Pages To maintain integrity and quality across all fundraising initiatives, PSN requires a mandatory monitoring fee for each GoFundMe page submitted to the platform. This monitoring service is essential for the following reasons: Fraud Prevention: Monitoring helps verify the legitimacy of each fundraising page, ensuring that funds are directed toward verified, authentic causes. Quality Assurance: This service enables PSN to routinely assess fundraising pages for compliance with PSN’s standards, promoting trust among donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders. Data Integrity: The monitoring fee supports PSN’s ability to maintain accurate records for all fundraisers, allowing donors, hospitals, and sponsors to access up-to-date information. Monitoring Fee Structure: Standard Monitoring Service: $50 per page per month for active pages listed on PSN. Optional Page Creation Service: Hospitals may request PSN to create GoFundMe pages on their behalf for a one-time fee of $100, covering setup and initial content creation, with approval processes to ensure adherence to quality and branding standards. 3. Premium Subscriptions Hospitals and agencies may opt into premium subscription plans for enhanced features, reduced fees, and access to exclusive content. These subscription fees are outlined on our pricing pages for each user type, which also detail any additional benefits, including lower fundraising fees and enhanced listing and promotional options on PSN. All users must agree to PSN’s Pricing and Payment terms upon application and are expected to comply with the mandatory fee structures as outlined.

Sponsorship Fees1. Free Account Holders: Hospitals with a free account will be invoiced a $250 sponsorship fee per sponsorship received through GoFundMe using PSN’s platform to facilitate connections with sponsors. This fee is billed after the hospital has received the sponsorship funds to ensure no upfront financial burden. Hospitals are responsible for timely payment of this fee, which contributes to maintaining PSN’s platform and services. 2. Premium Account Holders: Hospitals with a premium account are exempt from sponsorship fees, regardless of the number of sponsorships received. This waiver allows premium account holders to allocate more funds toward ad campaigns, maximizing the benefits for both sponsors and hospitals. 3. General Notes: PSN does not intermediate the sponsorship transaction. Sponsorship funds are processed directly via GoFundMe, with PSN billing hospitals for applicable fees separately. The GoFundMe platform and transaction fees (~8%) remain applicable to all sponsorship funds.

Matching Funds ProgramBy submitting your application to participate in the PSN Matching Funds Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before submitting the form, as your participation is contingent upon your agreement. 1. Sponsorship Commitment You, the sponsor, agree to provide the specified matching funds to the designated hospitals, which will be used to match public donations made to hospital GoFundMe campaigns. The matching amount indicated in your application form represents the total commitment you are making for the specified campaign period. Matching funds will be disbursed in alignment with the donations received on GoFundMe campaigns that you are supporting. PSN will manually track donations and notify you of when and how your matching contributions will be applied. 2. Fund Matching Mechanism Your matching funds will be applied on a dollar-for-dollar (or as otherwise agreed upon) basis, up to the total amount specified in your application. PSN will monitor donations on GoFundMe campaigns and manually apply your matching contributions after verifying public donations. If the total public donations do not meet your sponsorship amount, only the equivalent amount of matched donations will be used, and the remaining balance will not be drawn from your committed sponsorship. 3. Sponsor Recognition By participating, you consent to PSN displaying your company or foundation name, logo, and website on hospital fundraising pages and on PSN’s platform as a matching fund sponsor. You may also be publicly recognized in PSN communications (e.g., newsletters, social media) and related campaign marketing materials. You agree that your logo and branding will only be used in connection with the matching funds program and will not imply any endorsement beyond the scope of this program. 4. Use of Sponsorship Funds All matching funds you contribute will be used solely to support hospital fundraising efforts on GoFundMe through PSN’s platform. Funds are directed to hospitals for patient care, infrastructure improvements, medical research, or other relevant causes as specified in their fundraising campaigns. You agree that PSN and the hospitals reserve the right to allocate the matching funds to specific campaigns, but you will be kept informed of how and where your contributions are being used. 5. Reporting and Transparency PSN will provide you with detailed reports on donations received and matched under your sponsorship. These reports will include the total public donations, the amount of matching funds applied, and any relevant hospital outcomes. As donation tracking is currently manual, reports will be updated regularly based on the GoFundMe pages’ data and PSN’s internal review process. You agree that all reports will be for your internal use and should not be shared with third parties without PSN's express written consent. 6. Limitation of Liability PSN will make every effort to accurately track and apply your matching funds in a timely manner. However, you agree that PSN will not be held liable for any delays, errors, or technical issues that may arise in the manual tracking process. You agree to indemnify and hold PSN harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your participation in the matching funds program. 7. Modifications and Termination PSN reserves the right to modify the terms of the Matching Funds Program, including the matching mechanism or reporting processes, as the platform evolves. You will be notified of any significant changes that may affect your participation. You may terminate your participation in the matching funds program at any time, but must provide written notice to PSN at least 30 days in advance. Any donations made prior to termination will still be subject to the matching funds commitment. 8. Governing Law These terms and your participation in the Matching Funds Program are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PSN is headquartered. Any disputes arising from your participation will be resolved through arbitration, as per the governing legal framework. By checking the box and submitting your application, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge your responsibilities as a matching fund sponsor in partnership with PSN.

Accurate Representation and Use of Hospital IdentifiersWhen using the PSN platform, users agree to accurately select and represent hospital affiliations, including but not limited to selecting the correct hospital identifier (hospital_id) when submitting fundraisers or creating landing pages. By submitting content or data associated with a hospital, users affirm that they are authorized to act on behalf of the specified hospital and that all submissions are accurate and truthful. Prohibited Actions: Intentionally selecting an incorrect hospital identifier for any purpose. Misrepresenting affiliations to gain access to sponsorships, traffic, or other benefits. Submitting fundraisers or landing pages on behalf of a hospital without proper authorization. Consequences of Violation: PSN reserves the right to take the following actions in response to violations of this clause: Immediate removal or suspension of fundraisers, landing pages, or other submitted content. Suspension or termination of the user’s account. Reporting of fraudulent activity to the affected hospital or other relevant parties. Legal action, if deemed necessary, to recover damages or address fraudulent behavior. By using the platform, users agree to these terms and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in penalties as outlined above.
-
Investment and Crowdfunding OpportunitiesHospitals registered on PSN have the option to pursue both donation-based and investment-based fundraising to support their projects. Initially, hospitals can use GoFundMe links to raise donations, and when projects progress to the investment phase, they may switch the PSN fundraiser link to an investment crowdfunding platform, such as StartEngine, for equity or debt fundraising. PSN will apply the same fundraising fees to both donations and investments, covering the costs associated with sponsored ad campaigns and traffic-driving services that promote each project. Please note that PSN does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice and is not responsible for the performance of any investments. Investments are made at the investor’s discretion, and investors assume full responsibility for their decisions. For specific details on donation and investment procedures, please refer to GoFundMe and StartEngine's respective Terms of Service. PSN encourages hospitals to review the requirements and disclosures necessary for linking to investment platforms and to ensure they provide accurate information for potential investors. All investments carry risk, and PSN is not liable for any potential loss or other outcomes related to investment activities on linked crowdfunding platforms.

IntroductionSome services or features may be governed by additional terms specific to that service. These will be clearly displayed on the feature’s page, and by using that feature, you agree to abide by those additional terms.

Flexible Sponsorship OptionPSN offers hospitals a Flexible Sponsorship Option, allowing them to use received sponsorship funds to cover the costs of creating and monitoring GoFundMe fundraising pages for patient support. The Flexible Sponsorship Option is structured to eliminate upfront costs for hospitals and give them more control over the duration and visibility of their fundraising campaigns. Under this option: Sponsorship as Funding Source: Sponsorship funds allocated to a hospital can cover both the creation and monthly monitoring fees for GoFundMe fundraising pages submitted to PSN. No Upfront Cost Commitment: Hospitals avoid upfront costs, as the creation and monitoring of GoFundMe pages are initiated only when sponsorships are received. Flexible Page Activation: Hospitals retain control over which fundraising pages remain active and can choose to deactivate pages at any time, with no monitoring fee required once a page is deactivated on PSN. Extended Campaign Support: If a page’s performance is meeting or exceeding expectations, hospitals may continue keeping the page active beyond the initial sponsorship period. In this case, the hospital will be billed for the monthly monitoring fee for as long as the page remains active. Streamlined Resource Management: By using sponsorships as a pooled resource, hospitals can maximize the impact of their budgets and sponsorships across multiple campaigns, covering advertising, page creation, and ongoing campaign support as needed.

Top Sponsor PolicyAt PSN, we are proud to recognize and reward our top sponsors for their incredible contributions to hospitals and patient care. The Top Sponsor Policy ensures that sponsors who provide significant support receive additional visibility and benefits. Below is a summary of how we measure, reward, and manage top sponsorships. Measuring Top Sponsors Top sponsors are ranked based on the total sponsorship amount they provide through their fundraising efforts. Each dollar donated helps hospitals access critical funding, and top sponsors are rewarded accordingly. Benefits for Top Sponsors 1. Featured Product Collections: Top Sponsors' product collections—crafted by their ad agencies—are featured in prime locations, including: The slideshow at the top of the Marketplace page: The rotating feature allows all Marketplace visitors to see and interact with the sponsor's product collection. The PSN homepage: Being on the homepage puts the sponsor's products front and center, increasing visibility to a broader audience. 2. Logo Display & Link: Top sponsors' logos (with a link to their product collection) are prominently displayed in a logo gallery at the top of the Marketplace page, providing an extra boost in brand exposure. 3. Leaderboard Recognition: Top sponsors are featured on our leaderboard, which ranks sponsors by the total sponsorship amount. This publicly showcases their support and commitment to healthcare, visible to all PSN users. 4. Top Sponsor Badge: For sponsors who want to stand out in our community, the Top Sponsor badge is awarded to the top ten sponsors. This badge symbolizes a sponsor's exceptional support and is displayed across PSN’s platform and social media. 5. Social Media Features: Top sponsors who want to engage directly with the PSN community can access special social media features, allowing them to interact with donors, hospitals, and other stakeholders. Opt-Out Option for Privacy For sponsors who prefer their donations to remain private, we offer the option to opt out of leaderboard participation when they register. These sponsors can still enjoy most of the benefits (like the product collection features and logo display) while keeping their total sponsorship amount confidential. How to Become a Top Sponsor To access these exclusive benefits, sponsors must register directly with PSN. Registration ensures that sponsors gain full control over their product collections and benefit from our top sponsor recognition program.
-
Privacy of Donation and Sponsorship AmountsPSN recognizes that both donors and sponsors may wish to keep their contribution amounts private. If you prefer to keep your donation or sponsorship level private, you can indicate this preference during registration. Although badges based on contribution levels (e.g., bronze, silver) are available to eligible donors and sponsors, selecting this privacy option ensures that your level is not publicly disclosed. PSN remains committed to respecting your privacy while allowing you to participate fully in the community.
